NEWS IN JUBA 
 South Sudan’s president, Salva Kiir, has issued a republican orders  to soldiers who took arms and fighting transitional government of national unity  he offers  amnesty to soldiers  and their generals in the SPLA  the people liberation Army in opposition  to come back and joint hands together for betterment of the country south Sudan.
The new was broadcast by the state owned south Sudan broadcasting co operation (SSBC ON 13 July 2016.
